Product Availability: We will try to ensure that our on-line selections are as accurate and complete as possible. Some pieces of jewelry may not be in stock and unavailable for immediate delivery. The price of the out of stock pieces may be subject to change due to the fluctuating material cost changes. We will notify you if there are any changes and inform you of a delivery time.

Return Policy: Steve & Sue take pride in having your satisfaction with every purchase from Matero Fine Jewelry & Design. If you decide you need to return your online or phone purchase, you have 7 days for a refund and 14 days for an exchange. Shipping costs will be deducted from your returns. The contents of your package must be in the original condition and original box, along with the receipt. Please email us to let us know you are sending a return and we will give you a RA# to put on the outside of your package. Do not write the word jewelry on your package on the outside of the exterior box upon it’s return to us. Address it as follows:

We will process your return upon receiving your package and confirming that the jewelry was not damaged or had wear and tear during the 7-14 day period. All exchanges must be finalized within 60 days of the return. Shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the exchange.

Limited Warranty: Steve and Sue take great pride in the jewelry they make, repair and have in their showroom. If you find a defect with the workmanship of your purchase, we will gladly take care of it for you! Normal wear does occur, prongs break, stones can become damaged, come loose, fall out, chains break….we will repair the jewelry for you at the normal repair fee. Any work done by another jeweler other than Matero Fine Jewelry & Design voids the warranty.
Insurance policy: Please understand, the warranty policy is not the same thing as an insurance policy. It is the customer’s responsibility to insure their own jewelry through private insurance for loss or damage not covered by above warranty. We can assist you with a free quote from Jeweler’s Mutual if you would like us to. They can be a great alternative as they cover both replacement and repairs of your jewelry.
